Audrey Francis, a New York City native, received her BFA from Syracuse University. She freelanced for nearly a decade as a graphic designer in Manhattan. After relocating to Hyde Park with her husband and raising two children, she received her MFA in Painting from the State University of New York at New Paltz.

Audrey has exhibited nationally and throughout the Hudson Valley. Her work is included in both private and corporate collections. For several years she has taught Painting and Drawing at SUNY New Paltz, and is currently teaching Design at Dutchess Community College.
